"Yes" is usually the easy answer, so I'll give you the honest one. Good work comes from pushing back on ideas, asking better questions, and caring more about the outcome than about being right.
Leave things better.
A business, a relationship, a five-minute conversation. Whatever it is, I want people to walk away better off than before. That's the standard.
